First John 1:7 says: > “But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”
Reflection
Fellowship is not merely gathering. It is a shared life rooted in the light of Christ. As I walk in his light, my relationship with God remains open, alive, and secure, and my connection with others becomes genuine and life-giving.
Light produces unity, clarity, and continual cleansing, not by striving, but by living from the life Christ has already placed within me. In the light, there is no hiding and no effort to become something I already am.
Today, I choose to live openly before God as I walk in his light. I am empowered to share life, truth, and love freely, allowing his righteous light within me to shape my relationships, strengthen unity, and express his glory through authentic fellowship.
I walk in the light, and fellowship flows from his light within me.
