Colossians 3:15 says: “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.”
Reflection
Peace is not the absence of trouble. It is the presence of Christ ruling within. The word “rule” means to govern, to umpire, to decide. When I choose peace, I allow God’s Spirit to have the final say over my emotions, my thoughts, and my responses.
Today, I refuse anxiety, strife, and inner turmoil. I yield to the peace that flows from being in Christ. His peace steadies me when circumstances shift. His peace anchors me when voices are loud. His peace guards my heart and aligns me with heaven’s perspective.
Because I am called in one body, I also choose peace with others. I walk in unity. I walk in gratitude. I walk in calm assurance.
His peace rules, and I rest under His government.
